Start by trimming your nails to the desired length. Remember the shorter they are the quicker they will recover from any damage and the easier they will be to manage.

Once trimmed use the Glass Nail File to smooth the edges and create your desired nail shape.

Apply two coats of the Nail Strengthener to clean, dry nails twice a week. Softer nails may need more frequent application. Nail Strengthener can also be applied as a Base Coat to help your nail polish adhere while protecting your natural nail!

Remove you Nail Strengthener with our Strengthening Nail Polish Remover in between applications. Make sure to avoid anything with acetone as this will undo all the hard work you are putting in.

Use your Cuticle Oil at least once a day by applying a drop to each cuticle and gently rubbing in to your cuticles and nails. Don’t apply this just before you use your Strengthener, or it will inhibit the polish from adhering. Try to use your Cuticle Oil like you would use lip balm. The drier your cuticles and hands, the more you will need to apply it.

To maintain your nails, continue with this process and make sure to trim any hangnails and cracks you might have in your nail as you go so it doesn’t worsen. Maintaining a good, clean nail will help your nails become strong in no time. A good tip is to always keep a Glass Nail File on you to quickly fix any issues you might have in your day-to-day life.
